The Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Tair Salakhov, the People’s Artist of the USSR, Russian Federation, Azerbaijan; Academician and Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts; Corresponding Member of the French Academy of Fine Arts (France) and San Fernando Royal Academy of Fine Arts (Spain), Active Member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts (Austria), holder of numerous Russian and international orders and awards on his 85th anniversary.
