Art Workshop/Space of Creativity: Research and Practical Project
The Russian Academy of Arts, UNESCO International Chair for Fine Arts and Architecture, Youth Council of the Russian Academy of Arts within the program of support to creative young people invite you to take part in the new research and practical project “Art Workshop/Space of Creativity.
Art Workshop/Space of Creativity is an experimental discussion platform for figures of art, artists, art historians, critics and all those who are interested in problems of modern culture. One of the project’s main goals is to attract young scientists and artists to the study of Russian art history, search for new research, educational and creative approaches, actualization of terminology.
The program includes several creative meetings, lectures, seminars, master classes to discuss problems relating to the study and comprehension of Russian art of the second half of the 20th – early 21st century, creative work of the Russian Academy of Arts members, Russian artists and Russian culture heritage in the context of world art processes.
The author of the project is Peter Baranov, post graduate of the Research Institute of Theory and History of Fine Arts of the Russian Academy of Arts, member of the Youth Council of the Russian Academy of Arts. Themes and summaries of lectures with indication of surnames and names, working place and position shall be sent to peterbaranof@gmail.com
