The Russian Academy of Arts Will Take Part in the 3rd St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum in Honor of the 250th Anniversary of the State Hermitage

From December 7-9, 2014 the city of St. Petersburg (Russia) will host the 3rd St. Petersburg International Forum in honor of the 250th anniversary of the State Hermitage. It is going to start with the anniversary’s assembly and a performance in the Alexandrinsky Theater and will be closed on December 9, 2014 on the new stage of the Mariinsky Theater. On December 7, 2014, the birthday of the Hermitage, in the Palace Square there will be a jubilee performance “The Ball of History”.
Within the framework of the Forum there will be several working sections including the following new ones: Science, Philosophy and Culture, Mass Media Culture, as well as Preservation and Popularization of Monuments of History and Culture”.
The Russian Academy of Arts in partnership with the Alexandrinsky Theatre will present an exhibition of works by students of the Russian Academy of Arts.
